At FBC, we believe the church is for everyone—from the very youngest in our nursery to every generation that gathers together. The earliest years of a child’s life are formative ones, and we believe it is never too early for the truth of God’s Word to begin shaping their hearts. That’s why our Kids + Nursery Ministry is so much more than childcare. Our faithful volunteers are here to love, serve, protect, and intentionally teach children the truth of who God is—even before they can say their first word.
When you leave your child in our care, whether they’re being rocked in the nursery or exploring God’s Word upstairs in the Treehouse, we want you to know they are safe, deeply loved, and hearing the truth of Scripture. Our prayer is that, week after week, we are planting seeds of faith that will grow with them for a lifetime as they come to know Jesus, love His Word, and learn what it means to follow Him.
Welcome to the Treehouse
Our newly renovated Kids + Nursery area was created to give our youngest members a space that feels entirely their own—a place where they can have fun, build relationships, and get excited about learning who God is and what His Word says.
But behind all the fun of the Treehouse is something we take very seriously: the safety and security of every child entrusted to our care. Our Kids + Nursery areas feature a secure check-in and pick-up process, vetted volunteers, controlled access to ministry spaces, and an in-person security presence in our hallways throughout services and activities.
We want parents to be able to worship with peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, known, and loved by faithful volunteers who are committed to caring for them well. And while you’re worshiping downstairs, don’t be surprised if your kids are having just as much fun upstairs—maybe even more! They’ll worship, play, build friendships, and discover the truth of God’s Word in an environment designed especially for them.
The Treehouse isn’t just a place for kids to go while their parents attend church. It’s their place to belong, learn, grow, and shine.
